Poster Size and Format

Poster presentations must be prepared in English.

The total poster dimensions, title included, should be 0.9m × 1.2m.

Poster panels are 1m wide × 2.5m high.

The title, author(s)' name(s), and affiliation(s) must be clearly displayed at the top of the poster.

Posters should focus on presenting the main content and key results of your work.
Free Poster Printing, Delivery & On-site Mounting Service
- The ICBMT 2026 Organizing Committee is pleased to support poster presenters by offering free poster printing, delivery, and mounting at the designated venue panels.
- Please refer to the guidelines below and submit your poster file by the extended final deadline of September 4.
- ※ Please note that only poster files submitted by September 4 will be eligible for this service.
Poster Removal
- Posters not removed on time will be taken down by staff without prior notice.
- The Organizing Committee will not be held responsible for any damage or loss.
